Hey guys im 5'10" 160 age 21 and i started a new routine wanted to get some feed back to see if this is any good:
Breakfast: brown rice w/ chicken sugar snap peas, onions and a hardboiled egg
mid: glass of 10-12 oz muscle milk
Lunch: (depending on if i lift this day or not) if i lift its veggies, 2 hardboiled eggs and a piece of chicken/ if i dont lift its green salad with veggies and a piece of chicken
mid: glass of 10-12 oz musle milk
Dinner: veggies w/ salad and chicken
trying to drop BF% way down, its at about 11% now want to get it to about 5% while still toning and building some muscle
