    thats what i eat every morning... idk if its really ideal for a bodybuilder though...

    Whey as soon as i get up. Hits stomach grossly, but I have 35+ pounds around here still.

    4 scrambled eggs, cup of oats, milk, sometimes fruit if we have it, and toast now and then.
