I love eggs before bed, always have a couple hard boiled ones. They should be good, considering they're full of healthy fats and protein... which is what everyone says you should be consuming before bed.
Eggs are fine pre-bed. It's fat and protein that's very bioavailable for the human body. It'll be perfect....as long as the rest of your diet is in check. Also, it keeps you from waking up hungry because it's filling. I hate waking up at 3 am with my stomach growling.
i'm pretty sure eggs digest more quickly than a lot of other foods, so you might want to consider switching to something that digests a little slower since you will be fasting for 6-8 hrs while you sleep. With that being said, there's nothing wrong with eggs pre bed, they'll do you just fine.
