13wks. out - new diet - what do you think?

Hey - I'm training for a fitness competition August 16th and recently switched my diet so that I eat the same thing everyday at the same time- what do you think?

Daily Schedule

6:30 wake up

1hr. walk
20 min. stretch session

8:30 - meal 1 -

5 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/2 cup oats

11:00 - meal 2

8oz. skim milk
scoop EAS whey protein
2 brown rice cakes

1:00 - meal 3

4oz. skinless boneless chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
90g. broccoli

1:30 - superset workout - 4 day split
2:00 - routine practice

4:00 - meal 4

4oz. lean ground turkey
180g. red potatoe
90g. broccoli

7:00 - meal 5

4oz. lean ground turkey
1/2 cup oats
90g. broccoli

10:00 - meal 6

4oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
2 brown rice cakes
15g. almonds

Daily Totals: Cals - 1732.5 fat - 34.7g (18%) carbs - 182.6g (43%) protein - 172.9g (40%)

I drink a gallon of water a day - 1/4 of that gallon is usually green tea
My lowest caloric intake will be about 1400 cals so if you suggest dropping the cals consider the time I have left and that I need to save some cuts for the future - this diet is 150 cals down from my previous diet.

Looks good, maybe just a little variation in your protein and some more fats. Try some fatty fish (salmon, mackeral, sardines, black cod), great protein source and rich in omega 3's.

you have 3 months so this is great and way ahead so that you will be able to glide for the last month, do photo shoots, and refeed every few days, while keeping full looking in muscle and shredded.
Look into some CLA, and if you can tolerate fish, you may want to try adding some in there.
