**Powerlifter, halfway through cut**
23, 170lbs, 5,8"
Been lifting for about 5 years, 2 years at National level.
I was fed up with being fat and ugly and disgusting so I've decided to cut.
I've lost about 20lbs so far and am feeling better for it - I still think I look like ****, but my friends tell me I look ok. I'm hoping to get down to 7% or 8% bodyfat, I'm thinking I'm about 11%-12% at the moment.
Let me know what you think I look like from a purely aesthetic point of view.
If I look like ****, please tell me, don't be afraid to be harsh!
Here's a 'before and after' - Me now vs me in January this year:

Bench: 385lbs @ 171lbs RAW and Natural (20 years old)
Deadlift: 590lbs @ 173lbs
Squat: 562.5lbs @ 175lbs (no wraps, belt, suit etc)
Mil Press: 250lbs @ 182lbs

i wouldn't say you're as low as 7%, but with the 6-pack showing, you're definitely close. you're lower than 12% for sure.

Before pics too, you have a nice body bro, Id say closer to 10% since it doesnt seem you are flexing your abs, although you have a lot of mass. Good luck with your cut. Lifts?

Not too bad buddy. Your chest is definitely your strong point, with your arms looking very solid as well. Honestly, I just think your lower abs haven't been worked enough. It doesn't look like you have a lot of fat, especially in your midsection. Do you work your lower abs a lot ?
