Progress coming from a hard gainer

Thought I would post up some pics of my progress. I graduated high school 6'0 and 125 TINY POUNDS. Talk about rail!

Well I did a massive bulk cycle (for me at least) and put on 65lbs. I had read this very interesting article about people with VERY high metabolism and the failures associated with just eating more calories and inconsistencies in gaining weight. To sum it up the article said to gain 40lbs and then start working out heavy. So thats what I did but I gained an eating habit. Took me about 4 months to gain this weight. 6 full meals a day.

Last year I came down from 193lbs, ate clean, worked out hard and hit 155lbs. I was happy when the fat had shedded and I had some muscle mass leftover. Picture this, at 125lbs my forearms and my bi/tri's measured almost the same.. Thats embarassing! Unfortuantely I stopped working out after 8 weeks: that was last july.

I am now finished with week 4 reloaded and I've went from 12.75" arms to 14.75". I've been stuffing myself with protein everyday. 1.5grams per pound of bodyweight.

Good or Bad, please critique my progress and current state. I'm going to continue the bulk cycle until I hit 15" arms so just another 1/4" to go.

thanks for the feedback guys! I think the key is don't stress over everything you catch wind of here. Just eat a healthy surplus than your bodyweight, stuff protein, work out hard, and take some protein before bed so your body doesn't feed off the developing muscles. Follow that and I think it's a fail-safe.
