Stemulite

I've been taking the "Stemulite" now for 30 days and all I can say is I'm sleeping better and thats it. I'm getting a deep sleep every night. No gains like the add states.

Hate to say " Told you so", But "Told You So"...LOL

And the sleep may not have anything to do with the stuff either. You may just be less stressed or more relaxed this month.

hey what is that for, is it just a sleeping pill? what else does it do? I do have sleep problems!!! but I am not sure if i should just try to sleep or ......?? thanks!

I would hate for you to try it and have it not work for you. I did sleep very well with it. I had a deep sleep after the thrid day and dreamed every night. i would wake up in the morning and I could remember my dreams so that tells me that I've hit the 4th stage of sleep which is the deepest and where dreams take place. Its not cheap but look at their web site and see. If you have a good doctor so him or her the product and go from there. I wish i could help ya more.

you could probably duplicate that with melatonin or zinc supps.
for a lot less money
