but yes 2004 he went from 259 to 296 lbs..damn he was incredible..ive never seen anyone put on that much size and still keep a lot of lines and detail. He is #1
Those weights for the Olympia or any contest are usually off and when he did deadlift, he was 2 weeks out, so he was heavier then that. He was one of his biggest in 03, so he was probably 280-290 because he pretty much dwarfed Jay and he was around 240-260 area.

And i have to agree Ronnie is so incredible. In CoR you think it doesn't get any heavier after 800 lbs squats, but then he made 8 reps with 2300 lbs on leg press. Well, this was only a small part of the leg workout. Not to forget the perhaps heaviest back workout ever and 495 lbs bench press after countless sets of not much lighter sets for chest........

By the way, Ronnie was 310 lbs in CoR.
Well im just going by the weight they displayed, but I can agree I dont see a 50lb difference so I can agree..and it was 5 weeks out from the O when he deadlifted 800x2,I have the video. He sais 5 weeks..and yes his bench was awesome also..He should have took bench to the extreme like squats and deadlifts and put on a 3 ply bench shirt and pushed up 700+ for everyone lol
