'Lockjaw' in my arm??

My left arm, when I'm working out doing the weights and such, my left arm REFUSES to move. I get this massive burn in my shoulder and I can't lift anymore. It's not my arm getting tired because my other arm is fine and still ready. I feels like it gets stuck and it totally throws me off. I end up having a maaaajor bitch fit, throwing something, and quitting.
Anyone else experience this, or am I just a sissy? Lol

Can you perform the motions of the workout without any added weight? (eg. can you do a lateral raise without holding anything) If not go to a doctor.

Could be adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder). Do you have a history of shoulder injuries or surgeries?

Yeah I can do the raises and such with no weight starting out.
But once I get working out with the weights, my left arm just doesn't move after a while.
Then when I'm even done it kills to lift my arm up for anything but the other is just fine.
It hurts to even get dressed at times.
