I recently read articles of super food, that have extracs of many veggies and fruits.

im more worried about calories.( i know some people will say eat real food, but sometime sits hard to eat veggis on a busy day)

im currently in a weight training, low carb hight protein diet, having gains in muscle and losing fat, (slow but sure)

Stick with real foods. Any tampering with foods is usually no good.

Real food. Goji berries and stuff like that may be superfoods, but they are so expensive that you are not going to eat enough (not to mention, high carb). Broccoli, spinach and kale are superfoods too, and cheap and easy to get.

On a low carb diet, your real superfoods are oily fish, steak, whole eggs, chicken, lots and lots of green veg, nuts, seeds, cheese, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, butter (yes, really), and even 99% chocolate. Whey shakes are fine for after lifting, but the rest of the time, stick to real food. Keep the shakes for emergencies.
    65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

Not really a 'bang for buck' supp. Most have alot of fillers(apple pectin, lethicin)

But if u have some extra cash, OK for abit of extra anti-oxidant punch.
