My log:http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=113353861
My friends. My family. I ask of you one final time to gather before me.
Tonight we shall leave this earth as legends. Our only way to never die.
This will be our requiem.
In the company of death we walk side by side.
Cast your differences aside for the lives sacraficed.
I ask one final time to unite.
Earn the right to stand with pride.
We are in the company of death.

Haha, that's my grandad spotting me, I knew it would be a comfortable lift, I wasn't too worried about pinning myself to the bench.
I posted a video a while ago of me squatting 420 for 5 reps, the highest I've gone in the past is 510 lbs, I rarely deadlift at the moment, they take too much out of me and I'm not able to complete my track sessions, but I did a lot in the off season and once lifted 570 lbs. I did some a few weeks ago and worked up to 1 set of 5 at 440 lbs, it was comfortable as well.
Sorry it was sideways, I didn't have a clue how to fix that.

Pause it and take a closer look. Not good enough for you? I'll post a still from a different angle of the next lift I did in an attachment.
Of course as it's a still, I might not have actually made the lift? That's why I didn't post it originally, I realise it has no credibility, but it clearly shows the amount of plates, and the amount of weight I was handling that day.

Well, I'll tell you what, I could certainly tell the difference between 315 and 225, it's a bit like, 1 rep vs 20 reps. But I doubt I could tell by watching somebody else bench it
Oh and, I'm 5'10" , just out of curiousity, why do you ask? I'm not trying to be a smart ass, I'm just wondering what difference it makes...? Thanks though

Exactly why I asked...I have friends who are several inches shorter than me and weigh less but bench more easily. You're the same height as me though, so I am officially impressed.
Shorter = easier to press on average. The shorter your arms/legs are the less range of motion you have to move the weight for.
Example, I have a friend that is about 5'6" or 5'7". Only weighs 160ish lbs and benches 315+.
