Anabolic diet for rowers? (or regulary sport players)

Hey, would an anabolic diet be ok for rowers who train weights 2-3 times a week and rowing 5-6 times per week?

Rowing diets are usually full of carbs and moderate protein but i was wondering if this would benefit me seeing having high fat which can be used for energy.

During the week there will be little to no carbs, but the weekend is carb loading days and i can eat lots of carbs.

    Would this be beneficial?

    peace out

No way, if you had only weight training than it would go ok but on keto mode you will row like **** or you won't row.

If you're a serious athlete you need to be worried about what's optimal, not if something "works."

I'd suggest trying it for a couple weeks and see if your performance drops. If it does, then don't continue the diet. If it doesn't, then decide if it's worth it to you.
