These photos are taken from a contest with 11.5 weeks of dieting. It was meant to be a warmup show. Im waiting to get quality pictures back from my most recent contest after roughly 14 weeks of dieting where I nationally qualified. Thanks for the compliment though bro.

lol ive gotten all kinds of mixed reviews on the beard this year. But the positives seem to out weigh the negative comments so Im keeping it! Keeping the Rick Ross look keep me feeling close to Miami haha.
