The shoulder is my left, and i'm sure its a rotator cuff. i'm going to stay off it for a week... as well as my whole upper body. should i rest completely or can i still do legs?

If it's been a while since you took a break I would probably just take the week off, if not you could probably still manage leg press, extensions etc, but I would definitely stay away from squats as that still puts strain on the shoulders.
