How many calories per ounce of grilled chicken breast?

I've tried google, looked on calorieking.com and I'm just not having any luck.

How many calories are there per ounce of boneless, skinless plain gilled chicken breast?

    Thanks.

There's a "1 oz" selection under "Serving Size"...this is raw chicken breast, though.

    Hope it helps!

Ok. Thanks. More or less both answers seem to be the same. So when weighing the food should I do it when it is raw and uncooked or after it has been cooked?

If you weigh before cooking you will lose up to 1 or 2 ozs in meats after cooking. Cook several pieces of chicken and then weigh it. Save the rest for another meal or freeze it for another time. Here is some info I found, maybe it is close to the ball park on calories.
    Calories for 3.5 oz. RAW
Breast 110 cal. / 170 cal. with skin
Thigh 119 cal. / 211 cal. with skin
Leg 120 cal. / 187 cal. with skin
Dark meat 125 cal. / 237 cal. with skin
Wing 126 cal. / 237 cal. with skin
    I hope this helps you.
