One month to greatness...are YOU up for the challenge?!!
I just thought of this as something really challenging and fun to do...also very motivating. From now, until the same time next month, who has the will and determination to transform their bodies? Summer is coming and everybody wants that perfect body, but how hard are you willing to work for it? I want to see where exactly I can take myself from now until the same time next month..put on as much mass and lean out as much as I can in the time frime allotted. I will take photos of myself in the morning and once again after the one month is up and post them up for all to see the progress I made...I just wanted to see if there was anybody else out there who would join me on this. I'm wanting to challenge myself and just see what I can do with what I know...So, anybody up for it? LET THE TRAINING BEGIN!

I'm up for it. I've already left a comment on your bodyspace thing. You, having served in the armed forces and being a fitness enthusiest, are an inspiration for this kid. I'm in.

I'll post in a couple of minutes... I just quit my job at A&W, only because it completely thows me off eating properly if I work there. Now it's time to implement my forethought.

thanks i really appreciate that....i just wish everybody out there would see the benefits to a healthy lifestyle...i just like to constantly challenge myself like this because it keeps me motivated and makes me work harder than i had been originally...and c'mon, youd be amazed at what type of results are possible in 4 weeks...may not seem like alot of time but if you implement the three key aspects of getting a top physique: a superior diet, proper supplementation, and intense training, youll be on your way to greatness sooner than you thought possible....i encourage everybody to try this out and see what you can do
(attatched to this post is a pic of my physique when i was 17 years old...i didnt know much at all then but still was able to attain a great physique...its all about how bad you want it and how hard you are willing to work for it)

the more the merrier....i would just say for the next month push yourself more than you had ever before and try to do everything the right way...i cant stress enough the importance of nutrition...without proper nutrition, i wouldnt have the body i have at this point...but like i always say, there is always room for improvement. for the next month i will build upon what i have and see what exactly i can do

yea i know exactly what you mean..ive been there and done that...but youre a big guy, 6'2 205....you should be able to make great improvements within the 4 weeks, as long as you push yourself...if you scroll up and look at the pic i got posted up of me when i was turning 18, you could see the mass that i put on then...believe me, i busted my ass to get to that point and it didnt take me that long either

I'm in. I just started a new routine and upped my calories to about 3000 daily so this should also help me see if this was a good idea or not.
What's your routine look like ELugo? Do you cardio daily?

actually to tell you the truth...cardio is something that ive been lacking in my routine. this is something that i will emphasive during these 4 weeks and see what it can do for me...it shocks me that i am able to get as lean as i do just from lifting...but let me tell you, lol..i train like a possessed beast! i am very intense when i am in the gym...but to get the physique i have now is largely due to my diet...rarely do i budge, im always on point...no matter where i go i have my protein powders and meals in a bookbag ready to take with me...im going to try to get cardio in at least 3 times a week...should help with tightening up my trouble areas

haha...maybe i do need to watch my back! but yea, great that youre getting in on this...4 weeks i think is a pretty fair amount of time to implement all youve learned and see where it takes you...its neither too long nor too short...everybody should be able to do some damage! ( i mean that in a good way)
