Water.
Why is it that everyone says water is so important and so healthy when 66% of the nationals residential water is flouridated? even some bottled water is flouridated, so why not drink vitamen water or G2 instead?

Water is the most important nutriant because there is more water in you than anything else, and you need to refill constantly.
The floride prevents bacteria and other potentialy unwanted things from growing.
There is nothing wrong with water that has been given extra nutritional value. People just generaly complain because they can... I personaly dont because there flavored and also contain sugar. Plain water works for me just fine.
I like Smart Water, it contains electrolytes with no calories.

this is true, and i agree. But consistant tests have proved that fluoridated water is in fact unhealthy because of the fluoride itself.
for those who dont understand where i am coming from on this viewpoint, ill elaborate a bit more
fluoride is actually a toxin, and they use it in rat poison too. yet 66% of the nations water is fluoridated. cattle have actually been unscenely dying becasue of this, im not overreacting or complaining, im just curious as to the big water issue that everyone has. "drink water and you're good to go..."
i like smart water too, along with vitamin water. but this is just like artificial sugar like Equal, that they put in sodas, It contains Aspartame, which contains 3 toxins in it that cause conditions ranging from blindness to brain cancer.

i dont know whether that's sarcasm or not?
it actually causes yellowing of the teeth and your teeth begin to have divets in them.
@Mr.Horse, did you know potassium is regulated in your body between 4.5-5.5mg, anything more or less is fatal :O its such a deadly ion. who would've guessed?

Actually, the normal range for K is usually 3.5-5.0 mg/dL, but anyway that was my point; potassium is essential for life but will kill you in a large dose. Likewise, flouride is essential for life, but is used in rat poison (I'm assuming that is correct, anyway). The fact that it is a component of rat poison does not make it any less essential for life. Your argument doesn't hold water. No pun intended.

i was basing my stat's on average from what i've read.
no pun taken, im just saying. its like for instance, the FDA passed artificial sugar that has aspartame in it, even though it came with a sheet that documented 92 potential side effects that came with it, it was clearly not good for you. my mother drank diet cola nearly all summer long a few years back and went to the hospital because she ended up with brain leisures. that would be a good enough example for me to comepletely stop drinking soda.
but back to the subject that nobody really gave good answers too. why drink fluoridated water? i guess you pretty much answered the question though

brain leisures are spots that show up in your ovaries
and then you pee them out as black little pods.

yes.
then the pods fly out of the toilet (or wherever you're pissing)
then go into the atmosphere. you begin to see spots in the sky as these are just the reflective side of the pods, which many ignorant "folks" believe are ufo's.
