looking for someone around my stats to chime in.. 30yrs, 180lbs, 5' 6" 12-15%bf

dont let the low post count fool you, no stranger to the fitness/bodybuilding scene, just interested in seeing what calorie/macro breakdown people are using, preferably in a cut. every method for bmr ive used gives me different results. 2100-3100 already including a 500 reduction.. thanks in advance

You seem like a total newbie as you don't seem to know what BMR means.

Anyway, your estimated BMR is between 1,872 calories (based on 15% BF) and 1,925 calories (based on 12% BF). Your estimated TDEE is dependent on your activity factor, which you so not list.

If you're cutting, your intake should be in the range of 80% to 90% of TDEE, while ensuring micro/macronutrient sufficiency.
