Hi Fans,
Most of you will think I'm nuts but I have the offer of the century. I'm looking for success stories for a website I'm doing and need pictures and videos of transformations. I know a lot of you are trying to get prepared for summer.

So Heres the Deal. I'm looking for 10 people to personally train over the net and phone. I want you to email me pictures and then we'll come up with a gameplan for you. No question goes unanswered.
Diet, Supplementation, Training, ETC.....
The deal is I'm opening this up to only 10 people. You have to be serious and listen to my advice to a T.

So whats the cost? You get 3 months of training for $300. Thats ony $100 a Month to train with a IFBB Pro. Thats way cheaper than my normal rates but thats why I'll only take 10 people. Again this is for a website so if your not willing for me to put up pictures and videos of your progress then don't apply.

Why must you be "nutz" to do this? It's an easy 3k in your pocket, plus you don't even have to meet your clients. We should all be so "nutz."

Your seeing 3000. But its far from just getting 3000. I need to evaluate all the pictures and videos constantly tweak diets and training. It's quite a bit of work. I can get 100 an hour personally training at the gym. I usually charge quite a bit more. You can see a lot of pros that charge way more than this. We are talking 3 months not 1 month. That's a Walmart Price for Saks 5th Ave service. I'm doing it cheap and keeping the # of people I take low. I'll have a website up showing all the transformations so it will be cool and a way for some people to get some exposure.

Whats the limits of who can participate? I mean is there an overall minimum time of training experience to particpate, location limitations.

Do you make the goal for the individual after looking at the pics, or do you listen to the goal of the individual and go off of that?

Will the diet be tailored to what the individual CAN get? Certain things I wish to have here at our Commisary on post, but they do not carry?

I am asking, because I am fairly interested in this offer.

Well you will tell me your goal and I'll let you know if its reasonable. We'll work with what you have and make the best of it. I will be brutaly honest but I'm sure thats what you want

Don't see why not. I might be able to tweak your diet more to get better results. You still have to eat after a month and half right

hey quincy thats a great thing your doing. it helps get you more exposed as far as running a personal trainer buisiness via website and it helps those who want to look better. are those pics you posted recent? if so you are looking great!

Correct, I could diet all summer but If I don't set a time limit I have no pressure.

Personal training involves a lot of work on the trainers part. It has to be acknowledged somehow, and 100 usd per month is nothing, considering most IFBB pros charge more for an individual training session or an hour of online/phone consultation.
The amount he charges is $3 per day, and youre complaining...

i dont think anyone is complaining about the price, the price is pretty fair, they are how ever bitching about his comments about a designer steroid/PH.

JK.. Vadim is a great guy and a valuable asset to these forums. I've learned a lot from him. As far as this thread's concerned though, I don't think it's too bad. Maybe if he posted it in his thread that'd make others feel a little less threatened.

Where I live personal training goes for around $40 an hour from someone who graduates with an idiotic certification from our provincial Parks and Rec centers. To credit Quincy, he IS an IFBB pro so I'm going to assume that he knows a little about diet and training. That's a pretty nominal fee.

I'm personally not going to take advantage of this offer because I already know that I've got huge faults that I can correct on my own. But I will keep it in mind. Again, he's an IFBB pro so it's a lot better than heeding advice from someone in town who's got a beer belly, twig legs and the arms of a high school girl.

I won't comment on the Epistane thread but Quincy has challenges posting on these forums just like everyone else. He's not perfect. Ryan obviously wants to keep him on the forums despite how his posts aren't always picture perfect. He's just human, and we know how poor the IFBB treats their pros. A brother's gotta make a living. I'm usually pretty quick to point things out that offend me as well, but I have no problem with one tiny thread advertising his services. If threads about Renee Tony secretly being a man can stay on the 1st page for weeks, why can't these threads stay afloat?
