Hey,
I am having trouble finding a complete list of complex carbohydrate foods, and simple carbohydrate foods. I looked all over the internet and all it has is around v10 foods in each group, and they are totally different from site to site. One says that white flour pasta is simple, while another says that its complex. could anyone direct me to a website which has a complete list of which foods are complex and which are simple carbs? If you post a list yourself it would be nice if you backed up what you wrote by some sort of explanation. thanks a lot cause i need your help on this!!!!
Is the glycemic index congruent with simple/complex carbs? Low on the index = complex carbs?

i dont quite believe that white flour pasta, bread etc are simple carbs... many other sites have these as complex carbs. already seen this site. i was also looking for more in the simple carbs section. im on a diet where i dont eat complex carbs with protein meals. so i have to use the fast absorbing simple carbs to match the protein. but i dont eat candy, cake, or any of that stuff so im just left with the fructose (which is complex but still digested much faster) from the looks of it
thanks for the reply though... good to see that someone wanted to answer this
