so what do you guys think about this recruiting class for this upcoming season? Randy Shannon seems to be doing his job as expected in the recruiting game. Gonna bring that swagger back to our defense. Anyone foresee the Miami D returning to greatness anytime soon once we get a solid qb?

The hurricanes have always had athletes, they just haven't had coaching.
Be more worried about the offense then the defense. Their defense has been good for 9-10 years, but if you don't have an offense to take some heat off them, they're gonna look bad either way.
You can only go 3 and out so many times and expect the D's stats to remain ELite.

I'm excited for the upcoming season. The Defense should be good but as stated above, the offense will be questionable, as always, we need an above average "college" QB and then we'll see what happens. Kyle Wright killed it for us  But...I'm amped as always!

That kind of speed coming right out of high school is just rediculous.

Spence is the goods. But i'd still rather have Nigel. I don't think the U is ever going to match the talent on D they had the NC year.
