    Pork Rinds!

Does anyone else eat these stinky fried pieces of swine skin? They have 0 carbs and a decent amount of protein, but also a decent amount of saturated fat and sodium. It's like eating a fried football.
When I want chips I eat these instead. Anything wrong with that?

    Collagen protein anyone?

The protein is of a low quality and I believe poorly bioavaliable. It is a favorite snack for people on keto though.
