Can I lose fat by lifting weights and healthy diet, but no cardio?

how effective is it to not include cardio in my overall workout? i normally like to do multiple reps of light weight and try to eat bbq style meat (chicken, beef, fish) only for cheat meal. I want significant fat/weight loss overall without extra skin.

Yes you can lose without cardio as long as your diet is in check. How many days a week do you train BJJ? That is good cardio
If you can't say something nice to encourage people then go play in traffic. And I suck at spelling so just expect it.
