sweet and the tub lasts 6 months of regular use. I wonder why more dont pick it up, its just such a great value at 120 workouts per tub

what is this stuff, pure sodium or somthing? the dude in the video said it was salty... i would like to try this stuff but if its like a salt i will stay away from it, as it makes me hold a TON of extra water weight.

nope, that is just one of the electrolytes added and is a minor part. for the most part its pretty flavorless

i drink Xtend during my workouts, and take GG preworkout.....so I start drinking water instead of my Xtend during my workouts to help the GG absorb better??

im chinese and where i live, its mostly chinese people so whenever I go to my local gym, population is at least 95% chinese so yah thats how they down it. no mess no fuss.

To me it only tastes salty when I down it with water, if I use my Wraath, I don't taste it at all. And it does not make you hold a ton of water weight.

thanks, i am trying to keep as much sodium out of my diet as much as possible... but i guess alittle extra around a workout would not hurt. i may have to wait until after summer though because i want to start cutting soon.

yes, more water = better (as long as its not forced)

Today I took the GG preworkout, and drank water instead of my usual Xtend during my workouts, made a biiiiiiiiiiiiiig different. My chest and bi's just blew up, had crazy pump going! Thanks for that advice CL rep, made my workout pretty amazing, love this stuff

Based from my experience, it sometimes lowers the waiting time from 30min to 15-20 min coz i find that my body absorbs it better (you still have to drink lots of water still) Plus you dont waste those extra powders hehehe!
