Best excercises for rear delts, lats (reps)
These are my equipment- Dumbbell, Barbell, Incline/flat bench:
What are some of the best rear delt exercises? reps for answers
And what are some of the best lats exercises using only those equipment?

Seated Bent-Over DB Lateral
Stiff-Arm DB Kickback
those are the best for rear delts IMO.
As for lats, BB Row and Pullups would be the "bread and butter" movements but also a T-bar Row with the Barbell in the corner of the room and some plates on the other end with the triangle attachment under the bar to act as a handle.

Try prone rear delt raises/rows from a number of different angles on your bench. Also try lying on side rear delt raises from a flat and incline bench. These hit your delts in the stretched position whereas regular raises hit the delts harder in the contracted position.
Prone
Lying on side
Lying on side, incline
Rear delt rows

On rows, pull close to your sides and to the waist. With DB rows, you can even use a slightly underhand style method.

DJ if you were focussing on the rear delts with rows wouldn't you keep your elbows out to the sides?

Yes, I was referring to a technique to increasingly target the lats.
