srsly cant stand when d-bags trow the weights down from the bench. If you cant set it on your knees and rock forward, the opposite movement of how you got it up, then you shouldnt be lifting it.

These dumbbells are hard to control as they are too wide, isnt it riskier to rack them then throw them down

I am very passionate about lifting, and I had to grunt to get those reps. I didn't want to throw the dumbbells, I let them down from a safe distance. What happened to hardcore training?
