I broke the dumbbell at the end, I think my form was decent and I gave it my all, what do you think?
I am bulking to 300 lbs and try to get 200 lbs dumbbells by then, will post my progress.

meh whats so bad about screaming?
he's into the lift and exhaling forcefully.
people need to worry about themselves more at the gym instead of projecting their own insecurities.
and the dumbbell break was clearly accidental, it's not like the guy isdoing 50lb presses here, its 140 so it's much easier to throw it down
