Hunger... meal plans

I don't know what is going on with me lately but all I want to do is eat eat and eat... not sure if it is the timing of my meals... that I wait too long ... and then I get so hungry that I can't get satisfied... I wake up very early.. meal 1 is at about 4:40 then I workout (Train) then I don't eat until I get to work until about 8, then I eat at 12, then I plan to eat at 3, then at 6 or 7...

I was just wondering what people have found that works for them... the timing of the meals as well as the ratio of carbs/fat/protein...

I am currently 5'3 and weigh about 127 looking to lose about 10-15lb of fat and I feel like whatever I do I take 1 step forward and 2 steps back.... can someone please help me find something I can stick with so that I can just move forward and not backwards?

Thanks!!!!!!!!!

I find that when I try to do the proper 5-6 small meals a day thing, I am never satisfied and hungry all day. Lately I've been eating more like a normal person, and I'm MUCH happier. Is my metabolism as fast as when I eat 6 meals? Maybe not, but it's still easier for me to create a deficit this way.

What are you eating at 4:40am? If it's not much then your body doesn't get a good meal for close to 12 hours. Assuming your meal at 8am is substantial. Why don't you post a sample meal plan for a day,

X2. Post your meals, macros, calories etc.

You may not be getting enough fats or fiber. Both of these help to keep you feeling full.
