Trying to cut fat. Diet is in check. Regarding Cardio..started doing 5 mile runs (on treadmill) which take about 55 min or so. First 30 is steady cardio and other 25 is HIIT. Feel amazing after i'm done and would like to do every other day.
However, on the days i'm supposed to run my legs are pretty sore. the day after im fine but the 2nd day they feel like jelly. best to extend to every 3rd day? or lower the amount for now and do every other day?
