I think you might mean size, not volume. Volume usually refers to the amount of sets/reps in a certain time span (per workout/day/week).
To get bigger and build size, start eatin more, find a good workout, and get plenty of sleep.

You can use those exercises to make yourself a workout. You can split up upper/lower body workouts, push and pull workouts, or split it up by body part.
An example split:
Back/Biceps
Off
Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Off
Lower Body
Off
Off

More reps. 8-12 (12-15 for legs) will give you best results for size.
Eat a lot of protein, rest 1-2 minutes between sets. Drop sets and pyramids are good.
