    Question Kraft Mac N' Cheese while bulking?

    Hey guys I was looking over the typical kraft Mac N' Cheese box and noticed it had (if you ate the whole box) over 1k calories, 30g protein..I'm trying to bulk up and have been now for a while so I know the basic foods to eat..

    would this be a decent meal or smaller meal to have? or are the ingredients ****?

    just curious..thanks in advance
    ..bulking for the rest of my life..

    look under like carbs - of which sugars, tht might be an indicator
    but ive never seen Kraft (im not in USA)
    so i dunno, but i reccon 1k calories for 30g protein is quite bad

    Been eating that **** for like 60 months now. It costs like 50 cents a box and each box has about 1,200 calories prepared, its nuts. Easily the best cheapest bulking food ive ever found.

    its good. one thing u might want to do is instead of adding the full packet of their powdered cheese, add your own lowfat store brought cheese. also, add some ground beef to it. it's a great meal.

    i do that with the velveta mac and cheese, has a little less than 1k calories and i think 39 g of protein.
