Yum, candy bars with protein. Seriously, stay away from them, too much sugar, too many carbs. They are great is you need some fuel immediately prior to working out or running, but crap if you are eating them just to get protein during the day. That and they are way overpriced.

x2 - I stopped using them because they were LOADED with sugar too. Protein must come from food first - supplements second.

They also tend to have a high saturated fat content. They should only be used in rare instances.
