I am new to the whey protein stuff...
I hav narrowed it down to 2 because i am on a low budget...
Body Fortress 100% Whey Protein OR EAS 100% Whey Protein
Correct me if i am wrong but the only difference between those 2 are that Body Fortress Whey Protein has CREATINE...
Which one should i get??
Thanks

Lots of info on this is you look around a little. Doesn't matter that much when you take your first scoop... I like mine when I first wake up. Good call on the Body Fortress btw... can't beat it for the price/ingredients imo. Especially when you consider that people are out there dropping $30+ just because they have some strange allegiance to particular brands.

I used Body Fortress 2 or 3 times and it was upsetting my stomach, giving me really bad gas too. EAS protein mixes great and I like the taste and their a really reputable company. I'd personally go with EAS.

BF is ok, but it's not the purest of Whey out there. If you really want to pack it on, mix BF together with a solid brand of Whey. Thats the great thing about it, you can combine it with a popular brand and it'll last forever. My fav combo is Six Star + Muscle Milk+ Soy milk, I do about 3 shakes a day and it last for a long time.

Creatine
When my family doctor found out I bought creatine by the bottle, he asked me to immediately stop drinking it because it destroys the kidneys. I asked why it would be so harmful if it was perfectly legally sold and he said that natural supplements can be sold even if they are actually hurtful. Creatine is actually a toxin that your kidneys dispose, so by drinking it you are actually increasing that toxin in your body.
On the other hand he said whey protein is perfectly fine to consume. Even though I have obeyed my doctor and stopped drinking creatine since months ago, I am eager to see what you guys think about this.
