after i heal from a back injury i am going to switch a lower body day for more of a plyometric and explosion day. my split will look like this :
mon. ME lower body- sprints and change of direction
Tue. RE upper body
thur. plyos and a few lower lifts
fri. ME upper body- sprints
sun. sprints and change of direction.
how does this look for a summer work out program geared towards football and using the wsfsb3 template. any input would be very helpful and any help on plyos, speed, or change of direction programs would be greatly appreciated.
