I'm always a little bit wary of pre-workout supplements I feel like they all just have a bunch of chemicals that are terrible for you. Anyone else feel this way? I took Jack3d and it was decent but my cousin told me it messes with your sex drive and has a bunch of other strange side effects. I usually just drink coffee before I lift but I've grown tolerant so it's almost useless.

If anyone has any suggestions that are all natural or something proven to be safe I'd be interested.

I work in a wholesale sports supplements warehouse so I always get free samples from vendors and damaged products. Xtreme shock is pretty good (haven't tried the powder, just the RTD). Gets me hyped for the gym and tastes pretty good. But as of right now I'm taking Stim-Force which is f***ing amazinggg. I have a pretty high tolerance for pre-workouts since I always take them and Stim-Force hits me like when I first took my first pre-workout (which was Superpump 250 <3). I always try to give jack3d a try just cause everyone loves it, but the pump and energy just isn't there (am focused like crazy tho)

DS Craze or APS Mesomorph do it for me. Mesomorph has more of a jittery rough energy feel whilst Craze gives me amazing tunnel vision and focus.

So far superpump max has been my favorite and would be my choice for my one pre workout. I like super pump max because it gets me psyched but not jittery. i get this feeling of focus like the blinders are on and all i can see is my goal for each set. plus it taste really good.

Right now Im taking Jack3d Lemonade flavor. It works but it feels like I have to take more of it and wait longer to feel it. The energy and focus is good. Id give it a 3/5 overall. The only thing I can compare it to is C4 extreme which is what I took right before Jack3d. C4 gets a 4.5/5 overall. The taste was good(fruit punch) but the best part was the extreme focus and wanting to rip the weights off the bar. Plus I could feel it immediately great for cardio too. Ill be using c4 until I get bored with it then try something else. Im new to the whole PWO supplements anyway.

Right now I'm trying to run with craze. So far not getting much of anything from it, gonna raise my next session to 2 scoops an see. Previously i have tried Jack3d and it did jacked **** for me. I have also tried hemavol on my stim free cycle and went to 3 scoops still feeling nothing. The only really working for me is Assault but I have to cycle off for a month every couple weeks. I wish there was a cheaper pre workout i could find. Does anyone have a similar experiences to me that could recommend what works for them,.
