Best Overall Pre-Workout Energy/Pump Supplement?

What's the best PWO that will keep you going in the gym forever, keeps you focused, but won't keep you up all night if you take it at 8:30, going to sleep around midnight.

I think that depends on the person... I take C4 at 8.00pm to train at 8.30 and I'm starting to fall asleep at 11pm. But, I can drink a cup full of coffee, or some energy drink like Monster, and fall asleep quickly.

Why don't you try something else like the organic one. You can also take help from the natural ingredients like the Nopal juice or the Organic Noni Juice to maintain good health for longer hours. NaNo Vapor is definitely the best product out. i haven't tried very many but i don't really want to. i'm so focused when i use it. 2 thumbs up.

I like it when my skin feels like its on fire when the preworkout kicks in but my tolerance is very high (3 scoops of C4 doesnt do much), what would yall recomend

I started lifting more often about four months ago. For the first three months I was using Vega Sport Pre-Workout. I had never used any kind of pre before. No shakes, good energy and focus, no crash. Mixabiltiy is not great though, and the Lemon Lime flavour leaves a film that requires a scrub to get rid of, making it very incovenient for those who don't have immediate access to a kitchen.

Currently using Advanced Genetics Warfare mixed with Advanced Genetics GP3EVO, still to early to say which is better for me.

I don't think BA tingle is a bad thing, I guess it doesn't bother or affect me like it does others. Cellucor's C4 has been my go-to preworkout for the past six years.. Icy blue raz is my favorite flavor, but I've tried just about all of them. I also like strawberry margarita and fruit punch

I used C4 for a month and it did nothing. I don't drink coffee, but that does nothing either. I just have a naturally high stim tolerance... what pre-workout, if any, will work for me?

I've used many preworkouts and well probably abused them a little! My caffeine tolerance has built up pretty high and I was mixing different pwo's looking for a bigger boost. Well I recently started using Nutrabolics Supernova which only has 200 mg of caffeine in it plus some other stims. I don't get any crazy energy from it but i do get just long lasting consistent energy no burst but also no crash. I've found myself crushing some workouts and I've now come to realize that while I was chasing that extreme energy I was actually hurting my performance. For the most part I will be going with a lower stim level or delayed release. Anyways my #1 pre that I've ever tried is still Kaged Muscle Pre-Kaged. My new #2 is now Nutrabolics Supernova and the peach mango is sooo goood!!
