To me, Kiera has always looked either semi- to very attractive, depending on what movie she is in and how she is made up. I tend to think of her more in terms of her wit, actually, which, when combined with her accent, is rather engaging. I suspect she is like most Hollywood "stars", in that she works out in preparation for a role, if required and otherwise probably does not. Her bf% I would put probably in the teens somewhere, leaning towards the lower side.

I'm a Keira fan too As far as her body goes, it's the same look I'm trying to obtain. I'm not enough of an expert to guess what her workouts and eating are like though ^^;

This is a classic case of a girl who does abs and not much else! She is far too thin. I would say that her BF% is very low (like 12%-ish) but given that she has no muscle she could very well be closer to 20%. Sometimes we forget around here that 25-30% is considered normal for a woman.

Personally I'n not a big fan. She would look good if she allowed herself to eat, but at the state she's in in those pictures in my opinion doesn't look good. There's nothing wrong with a woman that's in shape and lean, in fact I find it very appealing as many others do, but there's a difference between fit and what she looks like. This is just my opinion of course so if this is your goal then by all means go for it.
