(21 years old,67 kilos and i have already seen a proffesional and he tell me the cause is lifting. what is the best solution to this problem?)
injury: i had an injury 2 years ago in left upper back while i am working chest in lever peck deck fly(http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...ecDeckFly.html) as a result i could not execute the exersice only from the left side, and i continue with the other exercises without any problem.
in now days i felt a very small weakness in left shoulder and i clould not execute some exercise like barbell shrung in full symmetry in two sides(http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...rug.html).Also some noises(sounds like scrats) come from the left upper back when i rolling the left side (like i am doing barbell shrung ) from Rhomboid place(you can see red http://www.exrx.net/Muscles/Rhomboids.html) i think without pain.also when i do shoulder and chest exersises i feel more tense in left deltoid anterior ( http://www.exrx.net/Muscles/DeltoidAnterior.html)and in left pectoralis major(http://www.exrx.net/Muscles/PectoralisClavicular.html) .
if any body can give some accurate explanation thanks a lot(sorry for my bad english)
