Are you still working on the #4? I think I read a couple of COC-related posts of yours when I was browsing through some older threads...

Yeah...I thought they were the same person for some reason. All those British grip guys blend together, I guess. That was a great thread.

thanks for the welcome back guys, yep training is going well still not closed the #4 yet but i'm getting nearer now i can close the #3.5 with either hand now so that's good progress.
i'm not savvy, but i have trained with him in the past (The UK is a small world, lol ) and he is doing pretty well these days, he's mainly into grippers at the moment but has a wrist injury from repping the inch DB he got 3 reps.

Howdy. #3.5 is pretty studly dude! As for Savvy repping an inch dumbbell, jebus, I've come across a 180 lb inch dumbbell a few times and have yet to get both heads off the ground for more than 1.5 seconds. (but I'm just a young buck) Anyway, nice to meet you, do you have any competitions coming up with strongman?

Do grippers after squats. You will be strongest then.
If your goal is to get a better grip for deadlifts etc concentrate on supporting grip more work some static holds in also try and get a thick bar and use it for your rows/curls even presses.
