i have one and love it. it was eye opening to say the least. best investment of my life and im bulking! its very effective for cutting and bulking depending on your goals

Sorry I can't comment on that bodybugg because I don't know what it is. I can only tell you one thing though: all those fitnesse equipment ads on TV are usually full of crap. The only result you'll get from them is less money in your bank account. All you need is a gym membership and a good diet.
