    Exclamation bicep gain problems

I get good results from every muscle in my body, but not in my biceps. They get bigger, but i never have a peek, like a baseball. I would like to get some monster ripped biceps.

    my workouts
    alternating dumbell preacher curl
    barbell curl
    cable curls
    hammer
    barbell preacher

I do all of these usually in supersets, what am I doing wrong, and could it be genetics. If so can I work around them or deal with it

you probably just need more time, normally the muscle you want to grow the most seems like the one that from your point of view, never changes. personally i only do 2, sometimes 3 exercises for biceps (preacher curl, hammer curl) and let my back work do the rest.

x2. I used a lot of compounds and my biceps also stopped growing in strength and size, so I had to add isolations.

    I added

    4x6 Heavy hammer curls
    4x6 Incline curls
4x6 Preachers(very good for developing that peak)
    4x6 reverse EZ bar curls

Thats what worked for me and I am still getting consistent gains, no super sets, just short 6 reps with about 2-3 minutes rest inbetween. It is very easy to overtrain your Bi's.
