I get good results from every muscle in my body, but not in my biceps. They get bigger, but i never have a peek, like a baseball. I would like to get some monster ripped biceps.
my workouts
alternating dumbell preacher curl
barbell curl
cable curls
hammer
barbell preacher
I do all of these usually in supersets, what am I doing wrong, and could it be genetics. If so can I work around them or deal with it

x2. I used a lot of compounds and my biceps also stopped growing in strength and size, so I had to add isolations.
I added
4x6 Heavy hammer curls
4x6 Incline curls
4x6 Preachers(very good for developing that peak)
4x6 reverse EZ bar curls
Thats what worked for me and I am still getting consistent gains, no super sets, just short 6 reps with about 2-3 minutes rest inbetween. It is very easy to overtrain your Bi's.Do you know what "nemesis" means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. Personified in this case by an 'orrible kunt... me.
