Am I on the right track?
Ok, I am in the process of cutting for my trip back to the states. I am 5'11" and weigh about 195. For a days worth of meals, is this about right as far as for a cut?
0500- wake and drink 20 grams of protien along with my fat bruner and 2 grams of L-carnitine.
0545-gym where I do cardio and weights
0730- 2 grams L-carnitine, omellete, oatmeal, and some fruit
1000-2 egg whites and 2 pieces of ww bread
1230-chicken breast, salad, fruit
1500-some peanuts
1730-same as lunch minus the fruit
2000-muscle milk before bed.
I am not sure of the daily nutrients but does this seem about right? Reps for assistance.
