    massive shoulder problem

Ok so here's the deal. For a while now, my right shoulder has been a little funny. I didn't know what it was at first, but i did know that it caused my right side bench to target almost exclusively my front delt and my right lat pull to target almost entirely my bicep and it was really tight and inflexible. so i had been looking up all kinds of threads on this forum on how to even out the imbalances, so i began using dumbbells for my bench and cables for lat pulls. however, it still wasnt helping.

in any case, i went to a chiropractor friend of mine one day to get my back cracked, and he said that there was something wrong with my shoulder, that it was constantly rolled forward a little. he also noticed that there was a lot more muscle mass on the right shoulder than the left. so he suggested i get an x ray, and as he suspected, there was a old fracture that had healed over incorrectly. as a result, muscles developed over it in a weird way to compensate, causing the forward roll, infelxibility etc. i had no idea that i had ever fractured it, but i guess it probably happened a few year agos while wrestling. theres no way to fix it short of surgery, which isnt an option right now.

so after finding that out, i went to gym to find out exactly how my shoulder is sitting when i do the problem excercise. with the lat pull,it doest go far back enough. as it is rolled forward all the time, it can only go back so far. and with the bench press, its my right shoulder not being able to sit in the same positon as my left shoulder. so the result has been that left lat is working much more than my right ( although the right is still bigger) and my right pec is really underdeveloped compared to the left, particularly in the middle and bottom. and of course the front part of my right shoulder is a lot bigger.

so my question is, how can i work my lat effectively and catch my right pec up to speed with a retarded shoulder? the shoulder doesnt have any strength problems, its just its positioning has thus far made it impossible to intensely work my right pec and right lat. are there any excercises to work these muscles well that incorporate the shoulder less? so far i have been doing (all with dumbells) bench, incline bench, flyes at all angles (only the flyes seem to hit the right side decently) and for lats i do pulldowns, pullups and some other excercises that hit it as auxilary. i know this is kind of a ridiculous situation and question but if anyone has any advice i wud appreciate it. if you need pics i can get some up.
