Post workout meal on Keto? Its not a shake..
K, I cannot for some reason drink a whey shake after working out so heres what I do. I take half cup of milk, two tablespoons of white flour, one scoop of ON whey (24 grams of protein) and two egg whites to hold it together. I cook it on a pan and basically eat it like a pan cake.
The total carbs in this is around 31 g's... Is this ok for a post workout meal while on Keto?
