End of first keto day/attempt

Is this sufficient enough? most of the sub macros like saturates and fiber arent really complete as i didnt enter them, but i mean the main things.
shall i carry this on or lower the protein a little? My muscles feel full and pretty hard today, did some intense back lifting and heavybag work, not really lacking any energy.
