Hi All, I'm looking for a personal trainer that can help me reach my goals. Preferably someone who has experience with female body builders and or female fitness models. I live in the Concord California area. Thanks!!!!

i would recommend jeremy wooten at concord 24hour fitness. he is very good, competed himself. was almost a pro but got sick and had kids. but either way he knows female symmetry along with males.. i have trained with him a few times and he always has great ideas, advice, and very inspiring.. not joking once you see this guy you will be convinced.. not the mammoth he once was but still rather large. his number is 17072254747
