Critique my diet/Advice on plateaus needed!

Ok here it goes (in a nutshell):

I began training consistently back in 2002-2004. Dropped BF, gained muscle. Maintained a solid 125-130lbs (depending on the time of the month) at 5'4" for those 4 years. Then, I stayed away from the gym for awhile, went back, fell out of love with it again and so on and so forth. I recently jumped right back into it on April 1st, 2008. It's now May 12th, 2008 and I am down by 12lbs and numerous inches on various parts of my body. In a little over a month I dropped about 2 and a half dress sizes. I'm currently 150lbs and aiming for 130lbs by the end of June 2008 (approx a little over 7 weeks away).

I'm wondering if I am plataeauing, as I haven't noticed "too" much changes over the past 10 days or so. I've changed up my cardio routine, intensity, and choice of machines to no avail. I'm also wondering if it's an issue with my diet which looks something like this:

9:00am: Workout on an empty stomach (for some reason I have MUCH more energy when working out on an empty stomach).

11:00am: 4 egg whites/2 thin slices (oscar meyer package) turkey breast, 2 whole wheat pieces of toast with soy butter.

1:00pm: Grilled chicken breast, with lettuce, cucumber, carrots, olive oil

3:00pm: Tuna on whole wheat (2 slices), with lettuce and tomato

5:00pm: Grilled chicken with salad and brown rice

    7:00pm: Same as 5:00pm.

    Thoughts? Opinions?

I REALLY want to reach my goal and I don't think that going from 150 down to 130 in several weeks is completely unreasonable and unrealistic. Once I attain this goal, my focus will be to add mass and bulk up. I currently train 5-6 days a week. Cardio 6 days a week, lifting ONE to TWO bodyparts 5 days a week.

How many cals is that? I'd trade out the starchy carbs in your last few meals for good fats and veggies instead..I'd add a preworkout meal too..you WILL get used to it!
