i just started using Cell-Tech and im finding it hard to take my protein shake and my Cell-Tech at once, it seems to upset my stomach a bit drinking that much after a workout. Should i just live with it or should i wait like 30 minutes to an hour and then take my protein after everything settles? I might just be over reacting but who knows.

I agree with the above poster.
I take any/all post-workout supps immediately following the end of my workout. As in right after my last set I mix up my creatine or whatever with a couple ounces of water and shoot it right away. About 10 or 15 minutes later I down my protein shake and a piece of fruit.
Depends on what supp you're talking about though. Things like Purple Wrath, Xtend, Revive or Size On can be taken during your workout, which is what I do. Start sipping it about half way into your workout.Every journey begins with a single step.

Dont wait on your post workout shake!
You can take your post workout shake whenever you want. I wouldnt recomend waiting even 15 minutes to intake your shake because the longer you wait the less abosorption your going to have, even with a 10-15 minute gap. Whey isolate, your fastest absorbing protein, is going to take at least 40 minutes to kick in and your anabolic window is only about an hour long. Think of it like this, you usually keep ur pump on for about an hr after ur workout, during that time your circulatory system is a freeway instead of a single lane road. The longer you wait, the less road your free form aminos have to travel on, you want to get in a shake ASAP. Drink a time released protein right when ur leaving the gym!
