My Transformation (150- 195 pounds)
I went from 150 pounds (6% bf) to 195 Pounds (10% bf) in about a year. I used to only eat around 3 unhealthy meals a day. Now i eat 7 decently healthy meals. Its hard for me to gain weight, and i basically can eat anything without gaining much fat. I cut back on Alcohol consumption to maybe once every week or two. With strict dieting and heavy traning i was able to grow from a stringbean to a treetrunk. hahah
