Body Octane and Poseidon for endurance?

Has anyone tried taking Body Octane and Poseidon for endurance training? Just curious if it is beneficial to take both or just stick with one or the other.

I'm a triathlete and have taken BO before but heard Poseidon is outstanding.

Thoughts?

They would compliment each other very well. If you want a slightly cheaper option you may want to Look at our product Swell which contains Poseidon + Leucine + Citrulline Malate + Beta Alanine. However, Body Octane + Poseidon would be an excellent choice.

i have not use Poseidon, but it looks like it would complement BO quite well. Have you started training yet for the season? When is your next race?

I started training last month and have my first race on Cape Cod in June. I plan on doing 6 races this year and then a full Ironman next summer

AGREED.

While I love Body Octane, if you want the combo, I'd go with swell for the sake of convenience.

It really is a great product and is quite cost-effective.

Poseidon BA + bulk Cit. Mal or Poseidon w/ bulk BA+CM.

I started with Poseidon and like it so far. I haven't been as sore after my BRICK workouts. I will check out Swell next time but I already have BO so will use that with the Poseidon until I finish them both.

Any suggestions on how to take them......i.e. at the same time; one before workout and one after?

BodyOctane is a great product for endurance, not sure on Poseidon as I have yet to try it.
