I do the same thing 45 min before every workout: 1cup oats ground in blender, combine 1 scoop ON whey, quarter cup egg whites, splash of milk, 1 banana, water and ice and blend that up.
It is also my breakfast. I usually have that same shake combo 3 times a day, once for breakfast, once before workout and once before bed.
Sometimes I upchuck in my mouth via a belch, but it isnt anything a few chews and a swallow cant fix.

The teen section gives some ****ty advice.
Use this advice wisely..1 hour before is fine before a workout..Hell sometimes I eat 30 minutes before. Dont matter to me except on squat day. That day is so intense it makes me sick if I dont eat an hour before, but other than that im fine 30 minutes before!
Eat some lean protein source, whether its with a protein shake or chicken breast. Eat some slow digesting carbohydrates. Sweet potatoes, whole wheat tortillas or pasta. Anything whole wheat is good. Fruit, raisins, bananas etc..brown rice..Just anything like thatTeam Norton

Yea 2 slices are about 45g for my bread, but it sounds like allll you eat is bread...gotta be specific to guys, mention protein sources, fat..etc..some guys might think eating bread alone will help. The protein will help slow the absorbtion down and have more energy during the workouts. but 70g is good. Just my bread is a little less lol

eat a banana before the workout maybe 30 mins or so to counteract any cramps and supply some extra potassium. I usually eat a banana an hour before my workout, then 30 mins before I consume my NOXplode and it does wonders. Immediately after I return I take about 35-40g ON 100% whey. About an hour after that a small carb meal.
